We able to receive the faulty devices via Drop off / Courier Service.
Via Drop-Off
Walk in to Basset Sdn Bhd to drop your faulty device.
Address – 32, Jalan SS26/13, Taman Mayang Jaya, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Office Business Hour – Monday to Friday, 9.00 AM – 5.00PM.
The office is closed for lunch between the hours of 1.00PM – 2.00PM.
*Note – Please make arrangements ahead of time if you think you might arrive during the lunch hour.

Write your full details at the consignment note including your contact number and address to return back the MaxTag.
- Write down your MaxTag problem.
- Ensure that your MaxTag is well protected.
