REPLACEMENT PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDTIONS

1. Eligibility: This Replacement Program is exclusively available to current Smart Tags and/or
MaxTags users in Peninsular Malaysia.

2. Purpose: This program allows motorists to
replace their old or defective tags with a new MaxTag at a discounted price, facilitating
smoother highway toll navigation.

3. Tag Condition: The old or defective tag must be returned in its complete form with the outer
casing intact.

5. Discounted Pricing:

  • MaxTag (Black): Purchase a new MaxTag bundle set (including a rechargeable battery and a bracket
    holder) at RM 175/unit (originally RM 203).

  • MaxTag (Red, Blue, Yellow): Purchase a new MaxTag bundle set (including a rechargeable
    battery and a bracket holder) at RM 185/unit (originally RM
    213).

6. Warranty: New MaxTag units purchased through this Replacement Program come with a one year warranty. Please refer to the warranty terms and conditions for details.

7. Transaction Location: This Replacement Program is available for walk-in transactions only at:

8. Payment Methods: Transactions can be made using cash, credit cards, or e-wallets.

9. Stock Availability: The Replacement Program is subject to stock availability.
